The general aim of the course is to examine the acquisition and loss of Turkish citizenship and the foreign status. In addition, the aim of the course is to teach the basic concepts of the conflict of laws and international procedural law and to show the ways of determining the applicable law and the competent court and to support the theoretical knowledge about these issues with practical studies.
