Constitutional law is a discipline that examines the legislative, executive and judicial organs, which are the main organs of the state, and judges the regulations on the fundamental rights and liberties of citizens. The division of constitutional law basically consists of the general theory of constitutional law and Turkish constitutional law. While the concepts of this discipline are analyzed in general and in an abstract manner in the general theory of constitutional law, the legal rules regarding the constitutional law that are in force in Turkiye are handled in the Turkish Constitutional Law. In the studies regarding this discipline, current constitutional developments in Turkiye and in the world have an important place.
